The saga of the ‘government obligation’ charge on energy bills continue’s and a very important update will be published on this site and at the Residents Against Turbines Scotland site.  Other sites have attempted to take the credit for this and publish ‘how to reclaim your money’ form but have failed to advise on any update.  In the coming days and weeks, we will publish an update on this issue and details of a ‘no win, no fee’ Solicitor practice.  It should be noted that people will be able to reclaim their money from the United Kingdom Government (the Climate Change Act), the Scottish Executive (Climate Change (Scotland) Act), their energy supplier, the land-owner or the wind farm operator.
